What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone number, a property address if you ask for a Street-Level Equity Snapshot, the neighbourhoods and budget you give us if you ask for buyer matches, and your stated timeline. Our website host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.

Why. To send you what you asked for (a snapshot, listing matches, or the monthly KV Pulse), to follow up about your property or search, and to keep records that real estate regulation requires. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it lives. Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, the client management system we use, and in a secure backup on our website host. Both may store data on servers outside Canada. Market data shown on the site comes from MLS® feeds and does not include your personal information.

Email and texts. When you tick the consent box you agree we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop texts by replying STOP or by telling us. We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies for basic function and, if you've filled in a form, for recognising you when you come back so we don't ask twice. No advertising networks.

Your rights. Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep). Email jason@ironcladrealty.ca and we'll answer within 30 days.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Last updated August 2026.
